Congrats Are In Order!

Television3Indiana Daily Insight reports some exciting news for a former Indiana journalist who's now an investigative producer at CNN:

"A Hoosier was responsible for a financial and business reporting Emmy Award bestowed by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences this week on CNN for 'Outstanding Coverage of a Current Business News Story in a Regularly Scheduled Newscast.' CNN was recognized for 'Keeping Them Honest: Hidden Spending,' a report which appeared during Anderson Cooper 360' that examined the more 32,000+ requests for congressional earmarks placed by House and Senate members this year. The Academy cited investigative correspondent Drew Griffin and senior investigative producer Kathleen Johnston, the latter a former WTHR-TV investigative producer and city-county reporter (back in the day!) for the Indianapolis News."
